Book #1
Be Happy Now
Whatever we do in life – making money, sustaining relationships or achieving goals – it is all in the hope of being happy. But what exactly is happiness? Is it something to be acquired? Is our happiness dependent on others? Is happiness equivalent to a perfect life?
In Be Happy Now, I share personal anecdotes and experiences that have helped shape her perspective and mindset on the meaning of happiness. One’s milestones, friends or material things may never make one truly happy; all these never last and only bring fleeting moments of pleasure.
One does not need to live in the past or wait for tomorrow to be happy. We create our own happiness. We can be happy now.

Being Happy In Tough Times
Most of us would like our lives to be smooth and free of obstacles, but that isn’t often the case. Fear not, as these challenges can potentially strengthen us.
The message of Being Happy in Tough Times is that it is still possible to find joy in times of adversity. Being happy is not about ignoring our challenges or emotions but understanding that we can choose how we respond to them.
I share personal stories and other examples that highlight insights on how to accept and learn from challenges in life and how we can stay optimistic and continue to move forward without losing our joy.

Book #3
Be Happy at Work
Is it possible to be happy at work?
Is it important to be happy at work?
Can I ever be happy at work?
The answer to all these questions is a resounding yes and in Be Happy at Work, I write on how we can become happier and more resilient which can lead to greater career success.
Research has shown that happier people have a competitive advantage and are more productive which enables them to achieve their goals faster.
This book will elaborate on key concepts that can facilitate our happiness and resilience at work. I also share my personal stories and insights with regard to my experiences from working in different companies and with various types of stakeholders in the working world.
American writer Annie Dillard once famously said, “How we spend our days is how we spend our lives.” On that note, most of us will spend almost a third of our lives at work. Therefore, it would be hard to be happy in life if we are not happy at work.
