Having a clear life purpose will enable you to focus your energy on what matters most and you. German philosopher Frederick Nietzsche once said, “He who has a why can endure any how.” As such, knowing your why is an important first step in figuring out how to achieve the goals that excite you and create a life you enjoy living.
- You will also develop a happier and positive mindset and this will have positive effects on your outlook in life. The quality of our lives depends on the quality of our thoughts which affect our emotions and behaviours on a daily basis. In order to succeed in life, having the right mindset is your most important asset as it will boost your self-esteem, confidence and productivity levels.

According to Shawn Achor, a positive psychology expert, positive employees outperform negative employees in terms of creativity, sales, energy levels and performance.

Resilience Coaching
- Discover how you can be more resilient to deal with stress as well as any challenges and adversity by using positive psychology principles. Resilience is the ability to adapt to difficult situations. When stress, adversity or trauma strikes, you still experience anger, grief and pain, but you are still able to keep functioning — both physically and psychologically.
- We will focus on developing your ability to bounce back from adversity, stress, and challenges. This could involve exercises and techniques such as identifying personal strengths, setting realistic goals, practicing mindfulness and positive thinking, learning effective stress management strategies, and developing a sense of purpose and meaning.
- The coaching may also include exercises to enhance emotional regulation, self-compassion and coping mechanisms. The goal of the coaching is to help individuals become more adaptable, flexible and better equipped to cope with the inevitable stressors of life and to build the psychological and emotional resources to help you thrive.
- You will learn how to approach challenges with a greater sense of purpose and motivation and be more prepared to face the future.

Two Options
There are two coaching options that you can choose and this can be done either as a one-to-one coaching or group coaching:
Flexible and easy
You are free to choose the number of sessions required based on your coaching agenda by starting with one session first. This can be increased to more depending on your needs and preference. There is no pre-determined number of sessions and we will work closely together to evaluate the coaching plan to suit your requirements. This is suitable for those who require help in achieving a goal and wish to explore the transformational benefits of coaching.
6 sessions over 3 months
This option is designed for those who wish to have a holistic coaching plan to kick-start their journey to achieve their life goals. There will be 2 sessions each month for the duration of 3 months. This allows sufficient time to discover the root of your self-limiting beliefs and to elevate your self-awareness. This will be followed by the creation of a goal plan that will be specific, measurable and timely. If you are committed and want to make a breakthrough or a change in your life that lasts, then this is the option for you.
